Types of Mold Inspection Services Offered
- Mold / Moisture Visual Analysis and Site Review - site visit to evaluate mold or moisture condition and help determine extent of problem.
- Infrared Analysis - included with every mold inspection is an infrared camera analysis of affected areas, to help with assessment.
- Mold Air Sample Testing - when necessary, conduct non-viable air sample testing of affected areas.
- Mold Physical Sample Testing - when visible signs of mold are detected, physical swab and/or tape samples testing can be done, in addition to sir samples.
- Laboratory Analysis of Samples - all samples are sent to an independent testing lab for analysis. A separate report of the samples collected is generated by the lab.
